Trip to Hampton beach during July 4th

We took a trip to Hampton beach in New Hampshire during July 4th weekend.  Leaving at 9:30 and got there around 11 but couldn't get a parking spot and had to drive around for almost an hour.  Finally by luck we found a parking on Island Path for $20 and it turned out to be a great spot away from the busy center.  We were planning to meet Yen JPM and others and finally got together for a good spot.  They brought a lot of food and snack to enjoy.  The sand is nice, but water is quiet cold.  QuocNam was scared at first but after a few he ventured into the water to beat the waves...he enjoyed a few and didn't want to get out.

We then walked around the street along the beach.  Quite busy....a lot of people and shop with food, gift shops, music and more...We had some dinner, QuocNam had a design t shirt with Navy tank.  Waited to see the firework which supposed to happen at 9:30pm but by 10 nothing happened so we went home to avoid heavy traffic...quiet fun but exhausted.

Visiting Harvard Square

We took the T to visit Harvard U and walked around Harvard Square during July 4th weekend.  Had some mexican food for lunch and then enjoyed some great canolies from Mike's Pastry.
