Tonight we, Bao, Thao, Quocnam, William, and Anthony, went to amc theater and watch big hero 6. Initially we want to watch Penguin madagasca but the movie sold out at 7:30 and it was the last show so we had to pick another movie and we picked Big Hero 6. The movie was really good and nobody felt asleep during the movie, especially Thao. It's worth the money.

Tieing shoe string for the first time
Last week Quocnam had a school project to tie the string for the first time. Dad showed him some tricks to loop and tie the shoe string. Quocnam struggled a little at first, but after learning the trick, he was able to do it.

Chocolate liquor candy

Quocnam birthday today
Today is October 9, and it's Quocnam birthday at 7. I sang happy birthday to him and mom took him and William to Pho countryside for dinner treat. Yesterday. Dad called into cong thành show to asked them to wish happy birthday to Quocnam. I'll watch the show this Saturday to hear about it.

Something to remember
Last night when I went to bed and red the bed time story for Quocnam he really enjoyed it and then when I was ready to go to bed I found out that I forgot something. I gave him my glasses to put away. He looked at the side table and said "dad you forgot something" then he went out to the living room and got the BlackBerry in for me. it was something I thought about and he was so cool and remembered that and got it for me without being told.

Quocnam visited Newington home
Last week Quocnam had a week off, mom and Quocnam went to visit me at the Newington home. Trang and Vi came by on Saturday and went to have lunch at pho 99, then head to westfArm mall for some shopping. Every one had a good time.

Multicultural event at Qca
There were a Vietnamese flag mishap last last year and I was worry that it is happening again. Luckily Tracey the organizer, promised to do it right this time and she kept her words. The correct Vietnamese flag is displayed with my appreciation.
