QuocNam celebrate the First Birthday

We had a party for QN on 10/4/2008 due to 10/9 was on a Thursday. QN picked a toothpaste which I wrote down for becoming a dentist. He could have picked other colorful things but chose the toothpaste instead. We went to kidrus to do some studio pics of QN. He got some very nice poses and all with smiles. Thao's friends say he looks like me alot.

I visited QN last weekend and while playing with the remote, he dropped them when he first spotted me at the door and started to crawl toward me. Last night before going home, I stepped outside to get a soda, while QN was taking his milk, mom said he heard the door openned and dropdown to the floor and crawled out his room to see me before I left, it was so cute that he's doing all these things.

QuocNam started to take whole milk now, so it helped out alot. He growed the 2 bottom teeth, and it's cute when he laughed.

On Oct 12, we went to Minh Anh's bd (con Long Tu). I tried to hold MinhAnh, and QN kind of getting jealous. Mom held QN, and he saw me with MinhAnh, he dropped to the floor and walked toward me and pulled on my leg and cried (gia bo^.) a little bit.

QuocNam turns 11 mos

QN turns 11 months old today...He is an active kid, moving about his walker rather quickly...sometimes he drags it along too. Taking one or two steps for the most part. Oh, QN grew his 2 bottom teeth and look cute when smiling :) He tried to grab and touch daddy whenever he can and it makes me want to hold him alot...

Doctor checkup on Monday 8/5

QuocNam visit his pediatric on Monday 8/5 for his check up. He's doing fine. New measurements are: 24 lbs and 29 inches.

QN has his first blood test and it was painful. The nurse couldn't find a good vein in his arms so she pinch his fingers for blood drops. Two little bottle of blood samples were collected and QN was crying his lung out. He was so tired and slept on the way home.

QuocNam visiting Daren in CT

Quoc Nam recently began to cu.ng dda^`u and clap hands. He also lac dau when not liking something. It's kinda cute seeing him doing in. When he's in a happy mood, he laught out loud and grandpa loves to hear his voices... :)

QuocNam trip to Pittsburgh in June 2008

QuocNam went and visited the grandparents on the week of 6/23/2008. It was a long trip and we had to stop a few times. Grandpa was very happy to see the QN and he was fun to be with. He kept smiling/laughing at grandpa/grandma. Some people called him kho' chi.u but if you know how to handle him then he should be fun to be around :)

QN began to crawl and sit up during the trip. QN can sleep straight now from 10pm to 7am. He might wake up in the middle of the night, so just feed him the bottle and he'd fall right back to sleep.

QN workout

6 months olds and amazing

Quoc Nam turns 6 months old on April 9. He started to rollover on 4/5, and we love it. Once he knows how to roll, he kept doing this during his sleep. We have to keep an eye on him more often now.
